Terms of Service for the AI Home Planner 3D

These Terms govern your use of ArchAI (AI Room & Home Planner: LiDAR), the AI Home Planner 3D app for iPhone and iPad, and https://www.lidarscan3d.app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

What the AI Home Planner 3D provides

ArchAI is a home planning tool. It helps you scan rooms, create floor plans, measure spaces, check furniture size, visualize homes in 3D and AR, estimate renovation materials, and explore AI interior design concepts. It is not an architect, surveyor, contractor, or licensed designer.

LiDAR and floor plan accuracy

LiDAR scans, AR measurements, furniture fit checks, renovation figures, and AI images are planning aids. Results vary with device, lighting, movement, and how you capture a room. Do not treat them as certified drawings, structural calculations, or a promise that furniture will fit after delivery.

Accounts and floor plan content

You are responsible for the photos, plans, and notes you add. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process it so the app can scan, sync, render, and export what you asked for. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

App Store subscriptions for ArchAI

The app is free to download. Optional Pro subscriptions and a lifetime purchase are billed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store. Manage or cancel in Apple ID subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules. Features marked Pro in the app may change as we ship updates.

Acceptable use of the room planner app

Do not reverse engineer the app, overload our servers, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use the service for unlawful work. We may suspend access if these Terms are broken.

Intellectual property of the AI Home Planner

The ArchAI name, logo, and app are owned by Rocket Digital Ltd. Apple, iPhone, iPad, LiDAR, RoomPlan, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. You may not copy the app or our branding.

Disclaimer for renovation and furniture planning

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including renovation costs, furniture returns, or construction decisions made from in-app estimates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the three months before the claim, or ten pounds, whichever is greater.

Changes to the AI Home Planner terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
